Join us for meditation, breathwork and crystal bowl vocal toning soundscapes

For a chance to express, connect and share.

Take a moment to listen within as to whats arising, calling to be heard in the deepest parts.

To tone/sing together to raise the energy for healing

Then we will go within, breathe and connect in a more silent way to honor what’s alive inside

I will be intuitively guided to bring certain sounds, tones in order to shift energy in the group so that we may open up and express what needs to be seen from this life or beyond.

Alchemising using sound at the end of our session with the intention to release all that has been processed
