Join us for meditation, movement, breathwork, talking stick & crystal bowl vocal toning soundscapes
Coming together to compassionately listen within as to what is arising, calling to be heard in the deepest parts. Meet for a chance to express, listen to others, unwind, safely share & be met
We will tone and sing together to raise the energy for healing and shift any stagnant energy, you don’t have to be an amazing singer 
I will be intuitively guided to bring unique sounds and tones in order to shift the energy in the group so that we can go home feeling refreshed and re-filed.
